Rakshabandhan Recipe: Don’t have much time to make sweets? So make ghawar immediately at home

If you want to make homemade gheevar on the cover, its recipe is very easy. Today we give you a quick recipe to make Ghevar –

Objects
3 cups flour
1 (solid) g ghee
3-4 ice cubes
4 cups of water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp food coloring (yellow)
Ghee (deep frying)
For the syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
To top it off
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tablespoon almonds and pistachios (chopped)
Half a tablespoon of saffron in a tablespoon of milk

Method
-First string syrup.
In a large bowl, take a piece of solid ghee and add the ice pieces one by one. Stir the ghee quickly and, if desired, add more ice cubes. Until ghee is white.
Now take the milk, flour and water and make a thin mixture. Dissolve the yellow food coloring in a little water. The mixture should be thin (the mixture should come out easily with a spoon when gheevar).
Now take a steel or aluminum container, which should be at least 12 inches long and five-six inches thick. Now fill the ghee in half the pot and heat it.
When the smoke begins to emit from the ghee, then 50 ml. Fill the mixture in a glass and pour it into the center of the pot. Like a thin edge.
Now let the mixture settle properly, so pour another glass mixture into the pot and the edges in a circle.
Ghawar leaves the side of the pot and the small holes in it begin to appear, then take it carefully and place it on a wire sieve.
Put the syrup into an open container. Dip it in hot syrup and take it out on the wire and squeeze more syrup.
When it cools, scrape the silver foil over the top. Sprinkle a little saffron over it, add chopped dried fruit and some pinch of cardamom powder and serve.
It can also be served with pre-made robbery.
