Ingredients for making Tinde Ki Subzi –
-Tinda -4 or 250g
-Girlik Sprouts -8-10
-Hasiru Chilli-3-4
-Ginger piece – 1 inch
Green Coriander – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
– Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
– Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
– Cumin – 1 tbsp
Oil – 7-8 tbsp or as needed
– Salt – depending on taste

How to Subindende Tinde Ki –
To submerge tinde ki, first remove the tinde peel and rinse thoroughly. Separate the nuts from the tinda and cut into 2 pieces. Cut green paprika, onion, garlic and ginger in a mixer and paste and set aside. Paste the tomatoes into the mixer by grinding. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the cumin and dry spices. Add the onion puree and let it cook. When cooked well, mix the tomato puree. When the puree is cooked well, add the tinde to it, mix well and leave to cook. Add water as needed and cook for 10 minutes. Vegetable ready, serve hot.
