bihar cm nitish kumar reply to ljp leader chirag paswan said ram vilas paswan arrives in rajya sabha with jdu support

The seat-sharing was announced on Tuesday between the NDA for the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar attacked Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) President Chirag Paswan without naming him. He also reminded Chirag of the way Ram Vilas Paswan was sent to the Rajya Sabha. Nitish Kumar reminded that Ram Vilas Paswan had gone to Rajya Sabha with the help of JDU.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said about Chirag, “We are not interested in who speaks what. We want Ram Vilas Paswan to recover quickly. Ram Vilas Paswan reached the Rajya Sabha, he had arrived only with the help of BJP and JDU. The LJP has only two seats in the state assembly. Can a party with two MLAs make a Rajya Sabha MP?

Chirag Paswan had recently attacked Nitish Kumar and announced to field a candidate against JDU in the upcoming election. Chirag had decided to go out of Bihar NDA and said that his party will not field candidates against BJP. He also said in an interview that he has been working on his “Bihar first, Bihari first” agenda for a long time and had informed the BJP leadership long back about his differences with the Nitish Kumar-led government. However, he declined to comment on the claim that he has a secret agreement with the BJP to target the JDU.

Chirag has been attacking Nitish

LJP President Chirag Paswan has been attacking Nitish Kumar. He claimed that the anti-incumbency wave was more than during RJD’s tenure during Nitish Kumar’s current term. Chirag had said that the people of Bihar have decided that they do not want to see Nitish Kumar once again. He alleged that JDU leader Kumar’s focus is on remaining Chief Minister instead of working for the development of Bihar.

Whose-how many seats in NDA?

As per the seat-sharing in NDA, BJP + will contest 121 seats while JDU + has won 122 seats. JDU has given seven seats to Jitan Ram Manjhi’s ‘Hum’ party with his account. This was announced at a joint press conference in the presence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and senior BJP leaders. Shocking LJP leader Chirag Paswan, the BJP clarified that Nitish Kumar is the leader of the NDA in Bihar and the alliance will contest elections under his leadership.
