The SP case has been disclosed in 72 hours by the former RJD leader Shakti Mallik murder case. Seven criminals, including the sharp shooter involved in the murder, have been arrested. Police has also recovered five kattas, three cartridges, five mobile one knives and two bikes used in the incident. There was no mention of any political angle in the case by the police.
SP Vishal Sharma said that Shakti Mallick has been murdered in the transaction of money. After the murder, the SIT was formed for the arrest by marking the gang of miscreants involved in it. A team was formed under the leadership of Sadar SDPO Anand Kumar Pandey Sadar. The gangsters Aftab and Tanbir Anjum, involved in the incident, were arrested from his home with 01 country pistols and a mobile phone and Aftab was arrested with a desi katta, a smartphone and pistol used in the incident. During interrogation, both miscreants admitted their involvement in the case. Other miscreants have also been arrested on his spot. All the miscreants have been arrested and sent to jail.

Those arrested include Aftab Alam resident Madhubani Sipahi Tola, Salim alias Pachpan resident Rampur police station Kengar, Junaid resident Rangpura police Mirganj, resident Rangpura police Mirganj, Ekam Khan alias Miraj resident Mahadevganj police station Mufasil Sahebganj district Sahebganj, resident Rangpura Mahabar Tanwar College Road Thana Kehat Asstt.
70 thousand rupees was taken on interest
SP said that 70 thousand rupees were taken from Shakti Mallik on interest. For the same rupees, he began to fight and after signing it on the plain stamp, he demanded 2 lakh 10 thousand rupees instead of 70 thousand rupees in the diary. Similarly, Tanbir Anjum took 95 thousand rupees from Shakti Mallik on interest. Soon after giving it, Shakti Mallick with interest started asking for one lakh five thousand three hundred rupees. The shop was vandalized if not given. When Tanbir Anjum opened shop again near Arabiya College, it was also broken again by Shakti Mallik.
Mortgage used to be made by not giving money
The SP said that Tanbir and Aftab used to get Shakti Mallik with them and used them in various ways. He also mentally tortured both of them and let them go home late at night. This made both of them very upset. Along with this, a woman named Archana Devi, who lived near the hen farm, used to treat her and her husband – Chandan Kumar Gupta with disrespect and in front of the society. Similarly, Shakti Mallick’s treatment of many women was indefinite. Seeing all this, both of them conspired to remove Shakti Mallik from the path.
The crooks involved in the incident along with Salim alias Pachapan, Junaid, Afroz, Ekam Khan alias Miraj and Yusuf entered the bathroom across the boundary of Shakti Mallick’s house at 3.30 pm on October 4 and ambushed and waited for the door to open. At around 06:30, Shakti Malik opened the door of the house. Four-five of these miscreants entered the house and killed Shakti Malik by firing several rounds at him.
