Ingredients for Broccoli Soup –
– Broccoli – 250 g
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
– Garlic – 2 buds (finely chopped)
Mixed herb – 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder – 1 pinch
Vegetable stock – 2 cups
Milk full cream – 2 cups
– flour – 2 tbsp
– butter – 2 tbsp
– Black pepper powder – depending on taste
– Salt – depending on taste
How to Make Broccoli Soup
To make broccoli soup, first cut the broccoli into small pieces and rinse well. Now put two cups of water and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt in a pot. Now cut the sliced broccoli in it. After 30 seconds, remove the broccoli from the water. On the other hand, when the gas has been burned, put it in a pan to heat, put the butter in it and then add finely chopped onion and garlic.
Fry until golden brown. After this add all purpose flour and roast for 2 minutes in low heat. Now add the soft broccoli to it and stir. Add water or vegetable inventory after 2 minutes, stir well and cover. Now let it cook. The mixture will be ready in 10 minutes. Heat the milk on the other side. When the soup mix is lukewarm, then put it in the mixer and grind.
Now empty this mixture into another container. After this, add hot milk to this soup mix and stir well. Now put the gas on the vessel in low flame. After this, add mixed herbs to this soup. When the soup is hot, add salt to it and mix with black pepper and nutmeg. Broccoli soup is ready, put it in a soup bowl and serve hot.
