CCB police attack on marijuana crossing; Six arrested in Bangalore

MandyaBangalore: CCB police have arrested five persons for allegedly illegally marijuana crossing in the Somanahalli village of Maddura Taluk.

Sudeep, a youth from Somanahalli village, was taken into custody by CCB police along with Malu on Wednesday evening.

Background:

The CCB police in Bangalore have come to the conclusion that marijuana is being sold illegally near Somanahalli, Madurai Taluk. As usual the accused were immersed in marijuana. The CCB police, informed by the local public, have also managed to apprehend five Bangalore-based gangs including Somahalli’s Sudipa.

It is learned that the accused were taken to Bangalore without any information being given to the local police.

The locals had complained to the CCB that the local police had failed to prevent the sale of marijuana for several days.

Local police are embarrassed by the arrest of the accused without giving any information to the local police station regarding the attack.
