Nashpati Ki Chutney: The king of fruits is the favorite of most people, big and small, of the mango house. But not every fruit is like mango. Pears can also have some similar complaints. Ingredients for making pear sauce-
– Green chili – 2
– Roasted Cumin Powder – 1.5 Tbsp
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black salt – 1 teaspoon
-Chinese – Half a teaspoon
Lemon juice – as per taste
How to make pear sauce-
To make pear chutney, firstly cut the pear and grind all the remaining ingredients together in a grinder except lemon. Now mix lemon juice, salt and sugar in it. Your pear chutney is ready. Serve with roti or puri.
