Ingredients for making pear sauce-
-Peard-4
– Green chili – 2
– Roasted Cumin Powder – 1.5 Tbsp
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black salt – 1 teaspoon
-Chinese – Half a teaspoon
Lemon juice – as per taste
How to make pear sauce-
To make pear chutney, firstly cut the pear and grind all the remaining ingredients together in a grinder except lemon. Now mix lemon juice, salt and sugar in it. Your pear chutney is ready. Serve with roti or puri.
