Cooked rice – 3 cups
Besan – half a cup
Turmeric powder – half a teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Coriander – half a teaspoon
Cumin – 1 tbsp
-Amour powder – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 5-6
Green Coriander – half a cup
Asafoetida – a pinch
-Water and oil – as needed

Method of making cutlets from remaining rice –
