According to the report, Rakhi Sawant, Rakhi Sawant’s brother, met a retired bank employee named Shailesh Srivastava in 2017 to start a business. Shailesh and Rakesh were met by a man named Raj Khatri. Rakhi Sawant’s brother and Shailesh had planned to produce a film together, the story of which was based on the life of Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim. Along with this film, there was talk of making a short film between the two.
According to the FIR lodged by Shailesh Srivastava, along with the films, Rakhi Sawant’s brother also talked about opening a dance school. Rakesh Sawant promised Shailesh that he would bring his sister Rakhi Sawant to this dance school. After relying on the promises of Rakesh and Raj Khatri, Shailesh gave them 6 lakh rupees.
Shailesh Srivastava has also accused Rakhi Sawant, Rakesh Sawant and Raj Khatri for wrongly signing the agreement. According to Shailesh, he called Rakhi Sawant several times but his phone was not picked up, after which he turned to the police.
