Pav Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients for making Pav Bhaji –
-2 tsp oil
– 4 pieces of butter, finely chopped
– Cut 1 cup onion into pieces
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Cut into 1/2 cup bottles of gourds
-1/2 cup capsicum
Cut into 1 cup potato slices
-1/2 cup beetroot
1 tsp chilli powder
-3 tbsp pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp red chilli powder
-1/2 cup tomato puree
-1 Solid butter
– 1 bunch of coriander leaves

– Butter
-Paw bhaji masala

How to Make Paws –
To taste the pav, first heat the pan and put the butter pieces in it. Now add the onion and fry until golden brown. After that add the ginger garlic paste. Now add green coriander with chopped gourds and mix well, then add a cup of chopped potatoes, mix well, add chopped beetroot and salt, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala. Now add the tomato puree, add the butter and green coriander and let the bhaji cook. Mix all the vegetables well. Your Bhaji is ready.

Paw Bake-
To prepare the paw, first spread the butter over the paw and apply it. After this, sprinkle the pav bhaji spice on the pav. Roast the pav in a skillet until golden brown. Serve hot pav bhaji with lemon slices, onions and raw chillies.
