According to recent reports in the media, actress Shweta Mahadik is also quitting the show. Post the leap, Shweta Durga appeared in a multi-faceted role as a mother and raised Chotti Gooden, played by Kanika Manman. Shweta, who has been releasing the news to a major portal, has put down her papers and said it has been good for two years and the show has given a lot but she wants to explore new avenues. Thus, they decided to abandon the program.
As revealed, the character has undergone a complete change because she has no problems with the white leap but now, she wants to try new things in her career.
