Prepare the solution first

To make a chilli paneer in restaurant style, take two tablespoons all purpose flour and 3 tablespoon all purpose flour in the ball. Add half a teaspoon of ginger paste and half a teaspoon of garlic paste to it. Now add a pinch of black pepper powder, a pinch of Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add salt to suit your taste and take some water in it and make a remedy. Beat it well with no lumps. Do not make the solution too thin or too thick.

Marinate and fry the paneer

Now add chopped cheese to this solution. Wrap this mixture well on the paneer pieces. Now heat the oil or refrigerate it in the skillet and fry the paneer pieces. When these pieces are cooked well on both sides, take them out on paper napkins or kitchen towels.

Final step and chili paneer ready

Now take 2 tbsp of oil or cured in a skillet. Add finely chopped garlic, chopped green chili, spring onion, chopped onion, capsicum and cook on high flame for 1 minute.
