Ingredients for making Coffee –
– Two bunch spinach
-4 cloves garlic
– Half an inch ginger
– Two green chillies
– 1 tbsp red chilli
– One teaspoon of turmeric powder
– 1/4 tsp coriander powder
– Salt to taste
– Two tablespoons of oil
Finely chop a medium onion
– Finely chop a large tomato
A cup of Besan.

How to Coffee –
To prepare the coffees, first divide the spinach, rinse it well with cold water and place it in a skillet with water. Also add garlic sprouts. Once the spinach is cooked, add the green chilli, garlic sprouts, ginger and grind in the grinder. On the other hand, in a bowl, combine half a cup of flour and a little water. Now heat the oil in the skillet and then fry the chopped onion. After the onion is roasted add the chopped tomatoes and cook. Add all the spice to it and mix. Now add the gram flour mixture and stir for a while. Add the grated spinach to the prepared gravy and cook. Your traditional coffey is ready. Serve it hot with rice.
