New Delhi Today is a very important day in Sushant Singh Rajput case. On the eighth day of investigation, CBI is interrogating Rhea Chakraborty. A team of CBI is questioning Riya, another team is questioning Sushant’s friends Siddharth Pithani and Samuel Miranda and the third team is Riya’s brother Shouvik in the DRDO guest house. It is believed that the CBI can also interrogate witnesses face to face. Earlier, Riya’s brother Shouvik was also questioned by the CBI and ED for several hours. Apart from CBI, ED and Narcotics Control Bureau teams are also investigating in Sushant case.
Riya to CBI questions
The CBI will interrogate Riya about the hard disks that Siddharth Pithani has mentioned in his statement. Apart from this, questions can also be asked about the relationship between Sushant and Riya. The CBI will also seek information from Riya about the disappearance of 15 crore from Sushant’s bank account. Questions can also be asked on the angle of drugs in the case.
Sushant to become a big artist: Athawale
Union Minister Ramdas Athawale met KK Singh, father of Sushant Singh Rajput, and his sister Rani Singh. Earlier, he had said that Sushant had created his image by coming to Mumbai. It is not that such an actor can commit suicide, I think Sushant was going to be a big artist in future. Therefore, we suspect that murder, not suicide, can happen and in this direction CBI should investigate.
Why did Riya say sorry babu
In an interview to a channel, Riya gave clarification on going to the postmortem house and saying sorry babu. He said, ‘Yes, I said. What would anyone say there? I am sorry that you lost your life. Even today I feel sorry. Riya said that she went to the post mortem house for three-four seconds. But when the body was taken towards the ambulance, I said sorry and touched Sushant’s feet.
Sandeep Singh does not know
After Sushant’s death, Sandeep Singh was seen at his house, hospital and crematorium. Riya said that I do not know them. If he was a good friend, why didn’t I hear his name in the last year and a half. Neither did he ever come home.
Riya’s father questioned by ED
In the Sushant case, the ED again questioned Riya Chakraborty’s father Indrajit Chakraborty on Thursday. This was the ED’s first interrogation of her father, Indrajit Chakraborty, after Riya’s old WhatsApp chat exposed dialogues with drug dealers. The Central Investigation Agency team took Indrajit to Axis Bank in Vakola. The bank has a locker for Riya’s family, which was investigated by the ED team.
NCB filed a case
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has filed a case against some more people, including Riya Chakravarty and her brother Shouvik. On the other hand, the CBI team also questioned Riya’s brother Shouvik for the first time in DRDO guest house, about a week after coming to Mumbai. This is the first inquiry conducted by CBI from Riya or her family. It is believed that the investigating agency may soon interrogate Riya and other family members.
Mumbai Police arrives at the actress’s house on security plea
Riya also had to plead with the Mumbai Police to protect herself and her family. Posting a video of the security guard’s tussle with media personnel gathered outside the building, Riya wrote, “This is the scene below my building. My father Indrajit is seen in the video. We want to cooperate with the investigating agencies, but there is a danger to me and the family. After this message, a team of Mumbai Police reached under his building to protect Riya and family.
