Ola S1 Electric Scooter Sale starts from this date, know when it will be delivered

Ola, the country’s leading cab service provider, has launched its first electric scooter, the Ola S1, like its second segment, Ola Electric. The scooter was introduced on the occasion of Independence Day on August 15. The scooter, which comes in two variants, the S1 and S1 Pro, is priced at Rs 99,999 (this price does not include subsidy, registration and insurance).

Aside from the release of this scooter, the company has also announced that the S1 and S1 Pro sales will begin on September 8, 2021, while deliveries will begin in October this year. Initially, Ola Electric will begin distribution in 1,000 cities and towns across the country. Until then, interested buyers can book this electric scooter with an advance booking payment of just Rs 499.

The original version of the Ola Electric Scooter is available in 5 color options and the Pro version gets a total of 10 color options. Apart from the different colors, this scooter comes with a different battery range. Its base model catches a maximum speed of 90 km / h and at a single charge, the scooter delivers a driving range of up to 121 km. On the other hand, the top model can drive up to a maximum speed of 115 km and up to 181 km once fully charged.

Except for Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra and Rajasthan, the S1 variant of this scooter is priced at Rs 99,999 and the S1 Pro variant is priced at Rs 129,999 in the rest of the country. But the price of this scooter is low in Gujarat. Here the base model is priced at Rs 79,999 and the top model is Rs 109,999. This price includes FAME-II and subsidy from the state government.
