Pooja Hegde made his dream debut in Bollywood with Hrithik Roshan opposite Ashutosh Gowariker’s period drama Mohenjo Daro. There was no doubt that she looked enchanting and performed well but the film sank horribly at the box office. But the failure of her first Bollywood film had a huge impact on her. She now says it was heartbreaking for her.
“The first film of an actor was their showreel to the world. I built on the success of 4, and here I am, ”Pooja said in an interview with Mid-Day.
Meanwhile, Pooja and Akhil Akkineni have unveiled a teaser of their upcoming film, Most Eligible Bachelor on Dussehra. The film is slated for release on Sankranti 2021. The film, directed by Bhaskar, was supposed to be released in April 2020, but the coronavirus epidemic was global outbreak.
Akhil posted the teaser on Instagram and captioned it: “Are you excited or not? Coming up with you a lot of fun soon. All of you happy Dussehra.”
The teaser begins with Akhil’s character asking others about their expectations from a married life. They get many unsatisfactory answers because they are looking for something “wild”.
People are impressed by the romantic conversation between Akhil and Pooja Hegde in the teaser. Then Pooja’s character Vibha, stand-up comedian and Harsha enchant her.
The teaser showcases the love story of the melodies and humor between the two characters. Pooja shared the same teaser on her Instagram and wrote: “The fun-filled romantic entertainer is presenting you with #MostEligibleBachelor.”
