South Korea’s leading automaker Kia is performing well in the Indian market. The company is offering bumper discounts on a wide range of vehicles this August, the biggest benefit being the company’s famous 7-seater MPV Kia Carnival. Customers can save up to Rs 3.75 lakh on this car purchase.
According to media reports, the premium variant of Kia Carnival, the premium, is being offered with a special benefit package. Interested buyers can save up to Rs 3.75 lakh on premium trim. With this special project, the original variant of the Carnival MPV is just Rs 21.20 lakh (ex-showroom).
What Contributes:
This exclusive benefit package at Kia Carnival includes a cash discount of Rs 2.50 lakh and an additional offer of Rs 1.25 lakh which includes an extended warranty package, annual maintenance and other benefits. The most interesting thing is that the customer can choose to get the full 3.75 lakh as a cash discount. However, this does not include other benefits such as extended warranty etc.
2.50 lakh cash discount on Kia Carnival Prestige and Limousine trim. However, Kia India does not offer any additional satisfaction benefits over these variants. Notably, the automatic variant of the Kia Carnival Premium 7 Seat is priced at Rs. 21.20 lakhs is cheaper than the mid-size VX manual variant of the Toyota Innova Crista.
If not satisfied, the car will be refunded:
Kia India is also offering a special ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ for Carnival customers. Under this plan, new Kia Carnival customers can return the car if they are not satisfied with their car. For this, the customer must return the car within 30 days of purchase. The company then reimbursed 95% of the ex-showroom costs and the overhead costs made for vehicle registration and financing.

At the Kia Carnival, the company used a 2.2-liter capacity diesel engine that produces 200PS of power and 440Nm of torque. This engine comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. As for features, the premium MPV gets a three-zone climate control, dual-panel sunroof, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.1-inch touchscreen display for the second row. Like Celltos, Carnival also features Kia’s UVO connected car technology. This car comes with three different seating options including 7 seats, 8 seats and 9 seats.
The 7-seat variant of the Kia Carnival gets standard captain seats in the middle row. In addition, the 8-seater model comes with 4 captain seats, while the 9-seat version has 6 captain seats. The 7-seat variant gets luxury VIP captain seats, which will provide you with a comfortable ride even on long haul trips.
