Ingredients of Chol Bhatoor-
-2 cup chickpeas
– tea leaf – hot
– Dry Amla
-1 Tejapatha
-1 Cinnamon Stick
-2 Cardamom
1 tsp cumin
1 large cardamom
-8 black pepper
-3 cloves
-2 onions, cut into slices
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
-3 tbsp salt
-1 cup water
-1 Tomato, chopped
1 bunch of coriander leaves
1 tbsp yeast
-1/2 tsp sugar
-2 cup flour
-1/2 cup wheat flour

How to Chol-
To chol, take a vessel first. Boil tea leaves and dried amla with seaweed. Now heat the oil in a skillet. When the oil is hot add the bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper and cloves to the skillet. Add the onion and fry until golden brown. Now add garlic, ginger, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, cumin powder and salt and mix well. Add boiled chickpeas and chopped tomatoes while adding water to this mixture. Once it is well mixed, remove it in another cooker. Add the green coriander and cook it in a pressure cooker.

To do
Take the yeast in a pot and add some sugar and water. Mix it well. In a large bowl, take out all-purpose flour, mix a little wheat flour, salt and yeast. Mix it lightly and add water. Stir it into the flour. Now. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave it for 2-3 hours so that the yeast comes out. Take some flour and bake bread from it. Heat oil in a skillet and fry. Serve hot.
