How to register Covid Vaccine In UP?
- To register online, you will need to provide your photo ID.
- Register using your mobile number.
- With a mobile phone number, one can register up to 4 people, however, each person needs their own photo ID.
- If Aadhaar card is used as identification document, consent is obtained and recorded.
- Schedule your vaccination appointment by May 1 at the center of your choice.
- To register for the vaccine through the Arogya Setu, you must first open the application and then click on the Covin tab available on the home screen.
- Select ‘Vaccination Registration’ and then enter the phone number, then the OTP.
- Click Verify and you will be directed to the registration page.
- Follow the same steps mentioned above to register.
- On the day of appointment, reach the center containing the appointment slip and photo ID used during the appointment reservation.
