Ingredients for Chicken Akbar –
-500g chicken
-2 Green chilli
– 1 tablespoon ginger paste
-1/2 cup yogurt
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-2 Cloves
-50g cashews
-2 tablespoon mustard oil
1 handful of green coriander
-1/2 cup onions
– 1 tablespoon garlic paste
-1/2 cup tomatoes
– 1 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
-1 tsp turmeric
-2 green cardamom
-50 grams of coconut
-2 tsp coriander powder
-2 tablespoon ghee
– Salt as needed

How to Make Chicken Akbari –
First rinse your chicken with fresh water and dry it. Now take a pan and put ghee or oil in it. Add your whole spices like cinnamon, green cardamom and cloves and fry them in oil for 40 seconds. Add the green chilli, chopped onion, and fry until transparent. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes. Add salt to make the tomatoes cook faster. Now add the chicken to it and let it cook until the color changes. Add all the spices, mix well and cook evenly on all sides. Now add the yogurt and cover the lid. Meanwhile, grind the cashews with coconut pulp and add as much water as necessary to make a fine paste. After you see the oil separating from the chicken, add the chopped coriander leaves to this paste and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook for the next 5 minutes. Serve with hot bread.

Tips –
Before flaming the chicken akbari, you can put 1/2 teaspoon of kosher in the palm.
