Bellary: An incident where a boy was killed by an electrical wire has taken place in the Handyal village of Bellary Taluk in the district.
Mohammed Sharif (6) of Handyaal village of Bellary taluk has been identified as a dead child. The boy was killed in a power outage as he was playing with a wire attached to the front of the house.
The householder had been demanding that the wire be exposed for several days. But Jesscom officials did not come to the spot. Now the family has blamed the negligence of the authorities for the child’s death today. A case has been registered at Moka Police Station.
