PUBG Corporation is not about sticking to a strict schedule when it comes to new patches, so we didn’t see an update in December. Well, it looks like the patch 1.2 has been restored to its old schedule since the studio released the Patch 1.2 on the Play Store. As you’d expect, there’s something new for everyone to enjoy, such as Runic Power Mode, where players choose from three new skills that require special runs to power.
Of course, new weapons, new options and plenty of game improvements are in the mix, which I will explain below. After several iterations of beta testing, the developers of PUBG Mobile finally rolled out the highly anticipated 1.2 update a few days back. It has many features, including the Runic Power Game mode, a new firearm – Famas, and various in-game improvements.
Pubg Mobile has now announced that it will release 1.2 global updates for the iOS and Android platforms. The patch update is the latest addition to what’s going to be on PUBG Mobile on Erangel. Runic Power Mode is available when you download PUBG Mobile Update 1.2, for this, your phone must have 615 MB of memory space on your Android devices. For iOS version, you must have 1.5 GB.

As you can see in the trailer above, Patch 1.2 offers a great deal of new content to explore. Of course, the new addition today is the new Runic Power Mode, where you can use Runes to enable unique abilities that will be useful in your fight to claim the battlefield as yours. These powers include flames, articles and air, so you need to collect matching runes to enable them.
The latest chapter is still available today, and is called Metro Royal: Honor. As expected, your rankings and inventory will be reset at Metro Royal, though you will maintain your reputation and NPC advantage. There are also new sound systems that give players the ability to unlock new sound packs, outfits and other rewards. Plus, all Metro Royal Mode maps now support solo play.
