Tata Motors, the country’s largest automaker, today announced the launch of its iconic hatchback Tiago NRG in the domestic market. This hatchback car with attractive looks and strong engine power is offered with both manual and automatic gearboxes. Its manual version costs Rs. 6.57 lakhs and the automatic (AMT) variant costs Rs. 7.09 lakh. These prices are given as Ex-showroom Delhi.
This is a crossover-based version of Tiago Motors’ hatchback car Tioga, which makes the company even more sporty. The company has made many major changes to the car from the inside to the inside, which is very much loved by young people. Not only is the look and design of this car attractive but its performance is also claimed by the company.
Tata Motors vice president of sales, marketing and customer care Rajan Amba said, “Not only is the exterior attractive and sturdy, but the interiors are feature-loaded and stylish. The car is not bad. Easy to drive on the road, it offers a great and comfortable driving experience.”
Tiago NRG look and design:
The new Tata Tiago NRG comes with a green roof with a black roof. It receives body cladding around the roof rails (for beauty only) and faux silver skid plates. The company has issued the Black Color Outside Rear View Mirror (ORVM).
The car has 181mm ground clearance and has a 15-inch alloy wheel. Dual Path suspension has been re-tuned for better driving on rough roads. This way you can enjoy a comfortable journey. The car features a total of four exterior colors – the Foresta Green, Snow White, Fire Red and Claudie Gray.

As we told you before, the company has made many major changes to this car. Internal updates include a rear-view camera, an engine start-stop button and a 7-inch infotainment screen supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The charcoal black colored theme cabin gives it a more aggressive and premium look. In addition, it features a sound system with 7 speakers of the Harman Kordon brand.
Engine Strength and Safety:
At Tata Tiago NRG, the company produces a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder Revotron petrol engine that produces 85bhp. This engine comes with a manual and automatic transmission gearbox. At Tiago NRG, the company is fully concerned with safety, and the car receives a dual-front air bag, a reverse parking sensor camera, and a follow-me lamp. The car received a four-star safety rating on the global NCAP test.
