The judge asked Lalu’s condition in court, the lawyer said – the treatment has improved a bit, now the next hearing will be on 5

The Jharkhand High Court is scheduled to hear a case against the former Chief Minister of Bihar Lalu Prasad Yadav at the Jharkhand High Court on Friday. At the hearing, when the judge asked about Lalu Prasad Yadav’s health, his lawyer Devarshi Mandal said that there was little improvement during treatment in Delhi. Lalu Yadav has 17 diseases. They are getting treatment. Lalu Yadav’s medical report filed by RIMS is not in the court record as the next hearing date for the case has been fixed. Now the hearing is scheduled for March 5.

Government lawyers have requested Lalu to resubmit the medical board report that was sent to the AIMS. What’s special is that these days, Lalu Yadav is serving a jail term in the Maeve scam. He is also charged with breach of jail manual. The trial of the case was held at the Jharkhand High Court on Friday. The trial of the case took place in the court of Justice Apparesh Kumar Singh. Last Friday, Lalu Yadav’s medical report was filed at the Jharkhand High Court by Rims management. The report said that Lalu was sent to the AIMS in Delhi for good treatment due to his lack of health.

The bail application filed by Lalu Yadav in the High Court last Friday may have been dismissed. Lalu’s lawyer, then Supreme Court lawyer Kapil Sibal, appealed to the court to give the date two months later but the CBI filed several arguments to dismiss the bail application.
